Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Konovalenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia under identification number 345700565, with its legal address at Juli Shartava Ave. N 32, 6th floor, Batumi, Georgia ("qrrr.io", "we", "us").
They govern your use of the website at qrrr.io, the workspace where QR codes are created and managed, and the redirect service behind dynamic codes (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm you have the authority to do so.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. What the Service does
qrrr.io lets you create two kinds of QR codes:
- Static codes carry their content inside the image. Once downloaded, they work without us.
- Dynamic codes point to a short qrrr.io address that redirects to a destination you choose and can change at any time. They work only while the Service runs the redirect for them, and they are what scan statistics are collected for.
Codes live in workspaces, which you can share with other people in roles that decide what each of them may do.
3. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by the laws that apply to you, including sanctions laws.
4. Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email address or through Google or GitHub. Keep access to that email address and those accounts secure: whoever controls them controls your qrrr.io account.
- Keep the information in your account accurate.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who joins their workspace and in which role, and are responsible for what members do in it.
5. Your content
Everything you put into the Service — destinations, text, contact details, logos and other material ("Your Content") — remains yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate the Service for you, including encoding it into codes and redirecting people who scan them. The licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service.
You are responsible for Your Content and for where your codes lead. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that Your Content and its use do not break the law or anyone's rights.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service, or let anyone use it, to:
- link to or distribute malware, phishing pages or other content designed to deceive or harm the people who scan a code;
- disguise where a code leads in order to mislead people, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- link to or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or sexually exploits minors;
- send spam or facilitate fraud;
- interfere with, overload or probe the Service, or bypass its limits or security measures;
- access the Service by automated means other than the interfaces we provide, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows this despite these Terms.
To protect the people who scan codes, we check the destinations of dynamic codes against Google Web Risk when they are saved and periodically afterwards. We may block a code that points to a site flagged as unsafe, or that breaks these Terms, and stop redirecting it. We will tell the code's owner when this happens, and you can contact us if you believe a code was blocked by mistake.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service, and dynamic code redirects in particular, available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, failures of our providers and events outside our control can cause interruptions.
The Service will change over time. We may add, change or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice. Please keep your own copy of codes you depend on: static codes in particular can be downloaded and kept indefinitely.
8. Our rights
The Service, including its software, design and the qrrr.io name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights in it other than the right to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
9. Third-party services
Signing in with Google or GitHub is subject to those providers' own terms. The destinations codes lead to are third-party websites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your codes and workspaces in the workspace, or ask us to delete your account at [email protected].
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use creates a risk for other people or the Service. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
When an account or workspace is closed, its dynamic codes stop redirecting, and its content and statistics are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 5 (as to responsibility for Your Content), 8, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive the end of the agreement.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every unsafe destination will be detected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
13. Indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will indemnify us against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable costs, that arise from Your Content or from your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or in the workspace at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't accept them, you can stop using the Service and close your account.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence or your right to bring proceedings there.
16. General
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a transfer of the business, and will tell you if we do.
